This hidden cafe nestled between the tram line and the Kagoshima City Hall is an oasis for coffee and jazz vinyl lovers.
It has an industrial feel to it, but its interior has a wonderful ambience that only high ceilings and large glass windows can give.
There is a wall of vinyl jazz records waiting to be played through the Luxman Tube Amplifier and Thorens vintage turntable. On the cafe side of things, we have a Synesso one group machine providing delicious espresso, lattes and macchiatos. Of course, black coffee lovers are rewarded by the hand drip coffee as well as French Press coffee on hand. Don’t come here expecting cakes and coffee though, as there are none save for one type of vegan cookie baked locally by another shop in Meizanbori nearby.
Free fast wi-fi, comfortable seats, jazz all day, and service with a smile, it’s all one needs for a great time whether working or meeting friends for a coffee.
