Okara Bread Bakery

I want to introduce one of our good friend’s ‘okara’ bakery.

All her bread uses ‘okara’ which is a by-product of tofu manufacturing, and is mixed with flour from Hokkaido. As a result her bread is fluffy and has no additives and is low in sugar and salt.

It’s only a one person bakery so she doesn’t make a lot of the same items but there are about 40 varieties of bread in her shop.
